Evanete Peres Domingues, a descendant of Spanish immigrants from Almería and Málaga, leads Paraíso Estate Coffee, a family business with over a century of coffee industry experience. Rooted in the Amanhece district of Araguari, Minas Gerais, and the Cerrado Mineiro region, the family initially produced coffee in São Paulo and Paraná before relocating to Cerrado Mineiro due to climatic challenges.

With a professional background in advertising and business management from 18 years of living in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Evanete transitioned to coffee cultivation at the age of 40 after settling in Cerrado Mineiro. Notably, she has defied industry norms as a top-tier coffee producer in a traditionally male-dominated field. At Paraíso Estate Coffee, she is committed to sustainable production and unwavering quality standards.
