Crafthouecoffee LTD uses the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive promotional collateral as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the newsletter sign-up form, or like us in Facebook.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and study website metrics.

We may use your personal information to serve advertisements to you. 

You may also be retargeted by us for advertising, however in these instances we do not hold personally identifiable information. 

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

 

4) Shopify 

Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They shop your data on a secure server in the US behind a firewall.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify shops your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction & any refunds. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa and MasterCard.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our shop and its service providers.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
