Totally…unless it’s a gift subscription. Simply login to your online account and make the changes yourself. If you require any further assistance, just send us an email info@crafthousecoffee.co.uk and we’ll get on it.
Too much of a good thing, eh. If you’re not going to be around for a while you can pause your subscription by logging into your customer account. Once in, you can pause and choose a resume date that works for you.
Once you’ve purchased your subscription, you’ll be sent an email that gives you access to your online account. You can manage your personal details, as well as pause or cancel your subscription. Cancellation is effective immediately.
Payments are charged to the credit or debit card details you provided at checkout. The first payment will be charged upon completion of your transaction and your first order will be dispatched on the next production day. Payments will then be taken at your chosen interval (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) based on your initial sign-up date.
We roast all our coffee to order. Any scheduled orders before 09:00am GMT on Monday will be processed, roasted and shipped on Tuesday. Any orders placed before 09:00am GMT on Wednesday will be processed, roasted and shipped on Thursday.
All subscription orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 (Tracked).
You need to go outside sometimes, understood. If you subscribe to either a 250g subscription (our most popular weight!), you won’t even need to be around to take receipt. Our coffee bags/ boxes have been custom made to fit through the average sized UK letterbox.
