Shipping + Deliveries

We roast all our coffee to order. Any orders placed before 09:00am GMT on Monday will be processed, roasted and shipped on Tuesday. Any orders placed before 09:00am GMT on Wednesday will be processed, roasted and shipped on Thursday.

Any orders placed after 09:00 GMT Monday will not be processed until Wednesday. Any orders placed after 09:00 GMT Wednesday will not be processed until the following Monday. Please contact us if you have any delivery questions or urgent requirements.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 (Tracked) unless RM 24 (Tracked) or DHL (Tracked) - Next Business Day Delivery were specifically chosen/ auto-selected. We dispatch all Royal Mail orders using the ‘Tracked’ service to provide customers with more information and flexibility on their delivery. Please note that deliveries will be made up to 20:00 as standard.

Please note that we only deliver to the UK at this time for web orders. If you have any international wholesale enquiries, please contact us at wholesale@crafthousecoffee.co.uk and we will be happy to discuss custom shipping options.


Free Delivery

We offer free UK mainland delivery on regular (not wholesale) web shop orders over £20 and all subscription coffee. Orders over £20 but will be shipped via Royal Mail 48 (Tracked).

Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order in 1-3 working days.

If you are a subscriber your coffee will be posted via Royal Mail 48 (Tracked).


Local Collection

If you would like to collect your order in person and save on delivery fees, please notify us at check out. Your order will be processed as normal and we will send you an email when it is ready to be collected.

All our coffee is roasted to order so please do not visit to collect your order before you have received email confirmation that it is ready to collect.

If your order is placed before 09:00 am GMT, it should be ready to collect by within 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail 24 (Tracked)

Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class items the next working day including Saturdays. This is not a guarantee but an aim.

Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days, however please contact us if your order has not been delivered within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Royal Mail tracking offers an end-to-end service with parcels tracked to the delivery point, allowing customers to receive a predicted day of delivery from dispatch and an estimated delivery window. Notifications are available over email and SMS to recipients, subject to provision of details at check out. You can also change your delivery options before delivery is attempted on the Royal Mail platform.

DHL – Next Business Day Delivery (Tracked)

Trackable next business day delivery Monday to Friday is available to all customers. DHL tracking offers an end-to-end service with parcels tracked to the delivery point, allowing customers to receive an estimated delivery window. Notifications are available to recipients over email and SMS, subject to provision of details at check out. You can also Track your DHL Parcel UK delivery quickly and easily using our real time track and trace service. Our online tracking system is the fastest way to get up to date information on your parcel’s location within the DHL Parcel UK network. If you receive a notification, or you are left a calling card, you can rearrange a delivery online to a day that better fits around you, or arrange delivery to your local DHL Parcel UK ServicePoint. Please note that for an international shipping agreements the customer is fully liable for all import charges and fees that may be added.
